Test options

• The Model 240 allows for clinical standards testing in any location as it benefits from a 125 to 8000Hz frequency range, an attenuation range of -10 to 120dBHL, manual pulse tone options and integrated talk over function. 
• The inclusion of air, bone conduction, and masking also help to differentiate between conductive and sensorineural hearing loss. For extended functionality and flexibility, the Model 240 can also be composed with dual transducer configurations including insert earphones and standard TDH transducers.

Data management: With the benefit of an internal memory function, test results can be printed immediately or saved for future processing using the supplied Amplisuite software. The audiometer also offers single-click integration to third-party Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems such as Noah and OtoAccess^®. The Proton is a new generation 100% Digital Audiometer available in basic version the DX 3 and the diagnostic version the DX 5. Harp is an advanced diagnostic audiometer, capable of performing fast and accurate air, bone and speech audiometric exams, as well as several additional tests including a two-channel master hearing aid.

The Models

Harp is available in two configurations to suit different user needs: Basic and Plus. Harp Plus features a wider test battery and an internal flash memory, where you can store the pre-recorded speech material.

The Test

Besides the standard threshold exams, Harp also performs Hughson-Westlake automated audiometry, speech audiometry, ABLB, SISI, Stenger, DLI, Tone Decay tests and includes a 2 channels Master Hearing Aid. In addition, TEN test and QuickSIN are available upon request only for the Plus model.

Embedded Speech Material

No more external player headaches! Harp Plus features an integrated 4 GB flash memory for storing your speech material. Dedicated buttons allow you to access word lists with ease. The screen also displays the word currently being pronounced.

The Display

Harp features a large, bright graphic color display, on which you can view the complete audiogram during the examination.

Portable System

Despite its top-level features, Harp is ultra-compact and easily transportable. It even comes with a dedicated carrying case (optional).

Noah and Mestro

Simply connect Harp to a USB port on your computer (no driver needed), and you can transfer exam results into Maestro or Noah database. And with the live view feature, you can have a wide view of the examination in progress on the computer display.

Hekto is the Audiometer by Horentek, Hekto has 2 channels and it is PC Based, thought for best evaluation of hearing acuity. Light, portable but with a heavy-duty design, Hekto has a user-friendly software interface powered by Arka. Horentek’s Audiometer comes out in three models with different features: Screening, Diagnostic or Tinnitus. Hekto Screening features: Air conduction Pure Tone Audiometry, Free Field and Automatic Hughson Westlake Test. What is a spread spectrum stimulus and how do we benefit from it when recording evoked potentials? In telecommunication and radio communication, spread-spectrum techniques are methods by which a signal generated with a particular bandwidth is deliberately spread in the frequency domain, resulting in a signal with a wider bandwidth. This increases resistance to natural interference, noise and signal jamming, to prevent detection, and to limit power flux density. Recording evoked potentials means recording signals in the range of nV! Even small sources of interference (mobile phones, lights, computers, elevators in the vicinity, monitors, any electrical equipment) might infuence and disturb the recording.  Sentiero users do not need to worry about this problem as spread spectrum technology takes care of these interferences! If you do not believe it: Try and compare against any competing device in any environment.  Sentiero can record faster and with less interference from environmental conditions.  Sentiero can also be an all-in-one integrated handheld instrument with ASSR, Distortion Product Otoacoustic Emissions (DPOAE), TEOAE and Pure Tone Audiometry. Many speech audiometry options are available too! With  Sentiero, the user can customize DPOAE protocols with twelve frequencies or more up to 30 points per octave betweeen 800 Hz and 10 kHz. Mapping the cochlea is much faster using patented FMDPOAE® (frequency modulated DPOAE), multichannel technology and conducting measurements on both ears simultaneously using the dual probe feature.
